Danny Doubles Up at Farmington

February 6 - Finger Lakes Gaming - Farmington, NY - Danny put it together in time for the RMR Pro Stock and Open finals at the ISOC/RMR Eastern Nationals by winning both finals! Bobby found the second podium spot in the Pro Open final on Saturday.

Jake Scott found the podium twice at Farmington winning the Sport Super Stock 600 final and finishing 3rd in the Sport 600 final.

This weekend RMR and ISOC bundles up again, this time at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH. This is the first time in three seasons that RMR returns to Rockingham Park, a venue that is set up perfect for the fans to watch the racing in comfort. See you all there!

Bobby Takes His Turn at Pro Sweep at Rockingham

February 14 - Rockingham Park - Salem, NH - All of the hard work, practice and preparation put in by everyone on team HSS seemed to pay off on the podium this past weekend at Rockingham Park for the HK Powersports New England Nationals event. This was the next stop on the map for the AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series, which drew in crowds from all over the United States. "I feel very confident in the team and drivers," stated team owner, Ray Hulten "I know they are more than capable of winning and have the ability to do great."

Racing Results:
Pro Stock - Both Pro riders, Bobby LePage and Danny Poirier, had great results for the Rock Maple Racing Pro series. Bobby "The Rage" LePage led nearly the entire Pro Stock race, battling with Mathieu Morin who was also eager to take the first place position. Danny Poirier "The Canadian Blast" filled out the podium with a third place finish.

Pro Open - Again, both Pro riders for Hulten Speed Sports were on top of their game in the Pro Open class for Sunday's RMR final. "The Rage" LePage and Poirier both rode to their best potential and finished off their weekend with a first and second place win, LePage in first and Poirier not very far behind. Rounding out the podium was the Skidoo of Brennan Berardo, riding for Berardo Racing, taking the third place position.

Super Stock 600 - Sport rider Jake Scott for team HSS was on fire the entire weekend in New Hampshire. Jake "The Snake" was undefeated in the Super Stock 600 class until his last final for RMR on Sunday. Scott ran into some bad luck during his last race on Sunday which made him unable to finish the final.

Hulten Speed Sports has a weekend off from racing the RMR series but Bobby LePage and Danny Poirier will be in Valcourt, QC this upcoming weekend competing in the Grand Prix Triple Crown which is part of the SCM Racing Series.

Jake Streaks to Two More Sport Wins

January 23-24 - The Lodge at Belmont, NH - Bobby returned to the RMR winner's circle again last weekend in New Hampshire when he scored his second Pro Super Stock win of the season. Jake Scott continued his hot streak in the Sport class again taking two wins and a runner-up at Belmont. Danny fought hard for the runner up finish in the Pro Open final for a total of 5 HSS podium finishes!

In the Pro Super Stock final, Bobby grabbed the holeshot and held the lead for five laps before Mathieu Morin took over the top spot. In a 24 lap final round there was plenty of time for Bobby to find the fast line and make a run for the front. With three laps to go, lapped traffic provided the opportunity that Bobby needed and he took back the lead and drove on to the win. Danny got into a tangle with Jason Stone early on in the race and fought back for a fourth place finish on the lead lap.

In the Pro Open final, Danny came acrossed the stripe in 6th place after lap one and by the 14th circuit, took second place away from Jason Boron where he would finish in the second spot. An early race mishap caused Bobby to have to fight back for a strong fourth place finish.

The "Snake" Jake Scott continued his rampage on the Sport 600 and Super Stock 600 field scoring two more wins at Belmont. Jake's only blemish in the finals was in the Sport 600 final on Sunday. Getting pinched at the start, Jake crossed the scoring stripe at the first lap, but rocketed to second on the next lap. With literally only 3 and half laps to the race, Jake ran out of time and finished just over a second behind Joe Bishop.

7 Podium Finishes at Malone for HSS Team!

January 9, 10 - Lead by Jake Scott's 3 First Place finishes, Hulten Speed Sports Polaris IQs carried Bobby LePage and Danny Poirier both to podium finishes in the Rock Maple Racing Pro Super Stock and Open finals on Sunday! A great start to the season for Bobby as he added a Pro Open win to his Super Stock win at Hickory in December.

In the Pro Super Stock final it was Danny and Bobby taking charge early with Danny holding the lead for 13 laps of the 20 lap final. Lapped traffic allowed Mathieu Morin to work his way around Danny on lap 14. Danny got past the slower traffic, but ran out of time and finished second. Bobby recovered from a turn two get-off in the early going and earned a hard-fought third place finish.

In the Pro Open final, Danny got caught up in a tangle at the start and crossed the start-finish 10th after the first lap. By Lap 7 Danny rocketed his way to third where he would finish for his second podium finish of the day. Meanwhile, Bobby avoided the mayhem at the start and came out of the gate second behind Morin. Patient to just find the faster line for 14 laps, Bobby made his move around Mathieu and took over the lead on lap 15 and held on for his second win of the season!

Hulten Speed Sports young phenom Jake Scott stayed clear of the mishaps he ran into at Hickory and posted the first of his three wins on Saturday when he held back the field in the Saturday Sport Super Stock 600 final. Sunday saw no lapse in concentration from Jake as his sped to wins in the Sunday Sport Super Stock and Sport 600 finals on Sunday. Jake's best lap time of 34.56 seconds was better than half of the Pro Super Stock racer's times in their final round race! The kid has wings!
